For this Second Sunday in Lent, we celebrate the Good News of Christ’s audacious love. We will explore the story of the “sinful woman” who anointed Jesus’ feet with her precious ointment and holy tears. The actions of the woman and Jesus reveal the good news of audacious love; a love uninhibited by social propriety, rules, or class. Could this be Good News for us too?
