Fun-loving group with serious interest in music seeks others of like mind

• Did you sing with a choir in school or church when you were young?
• Have you been looking for a creative outlet?

The Wheat Ridge Congregational Church Choir welcomes anyone who enjoys singing and is able to attend weekly rehearsal on Thursdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. We arrive early on Sundays when we sing to warm up and put on the finishes touch before the service. The choir sings most weeks from September through May. Christmas and Easter are especially music-filled and occasionally involve an extra rehearsal for more difficult works.

We’ll be holding our fall retreat, “Be Inspired,” at the church on Saturday, September 10, from 11-3. Bagels and coffee begin at 10:30. Bring a salad to share for lunch. We’ll be sampling the music of the season and preparing for our season launch on September 18th.
