Church Organist Retires

This week our Organist, Nancy Connor, announced her retirement from Wheat Ridge Congregational Church.  It was a very difficult decision to make, but Nancy has decided it is time to go back to Mississippi to help “nanny” her new grandson.  Nancy’s last Sunday as Organist will be June 26, 2022.Over the last seven years, the Wheat Ridge congregation has enjoyed Nancy’s high music proficiency and expertise.  She will be missed both as an expert musician and as a beloved member of the congregation.  The Board of Deacons is currently establishing a search committee to evaluate the church’s musical needs and then put together a job announcement in the near future. In the meantime, please inquire with the Church’s Moderator, Fred Rollenhagen, with any immediate questions.
