On September 18, Christine Bland will give a presentation at our church on her work as an engineer for NASA’s Orion spacecraft. Christine says, “The Orion spacecraft is a state-of-the-art space vehicle. It’s designed to take astronauts into deep space to the moon and beyond the moon, even to Mars. It’s got some of the most advanced electronics on it that’ve ever flown in space.” This should be a fascinating talk, and the public is invited.
