Join us for the final Sunday of Pride month as we welcome guest minister Christine Renée Monks who shares her personal journey and insights as a transgender woman and explores Finding Heaven Within Yourself.

CHRISTINE RENÉE MONKS is a Religious Science practitioner and ordained minister. Since her transition from male to female in 2017, she has found her voice in choral singing and trans advocacy. She currently sings with the Denver Women’s Chorus and Sage Singers. She serves on the DEI committee for Centers for Spiritual Living and has given numerous “Trans 101” talks to groups interested in supporting the transgender community more fully. Her noble purpose is to share her lifelong gender dysphoria authentically and vulnerably. She hopes that this promotes compassion and understanding between the cisgender and transgender communities.
