Thus says the Lord: Stand at the crossroads, and look, and ask for the ancient paths,
where the good way lies; and walk in it, and find rest for your souls.  – Jeremiah 6:16

As we live each day and move through the moments of our lives, it is only natural to experience our lives in the context of one event following another. We have our schedules, our commitments, our countdown to the weekend or upcoming vacation. To move through the world as a pilgrim, however, is to engage in our experiences, our relationships, our commitments with a sense of the holy and with an expectation that God is somehow embedded in all of our experiences.

This Sunday, we will explore how we can walk through the world as a pilgrim, and, in doing so, discover a depth, a meaning, a reassurance that God is with us.
